FRANKFORT, KY. — The Senate has overwhelmingly passed a bill that would prohibit Kentucky from enforcing any federal gun control laws if they're enacted. The vote was 34-3 Monday afternoon. Three of the Senate's 14 Democrats voted no, stating that the bill would be trumped by the U.S. Constitution's Supremacy Clause.

The $53,000 tree bill

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Anyone who's paid to have a tree cut down knows it's not cheap, but a Brooklyn homeowner got the shock of his life, when he got stuck with a bill, for 53-thousand dollars.

In regards tree cutting there ladies and gents. Tree companies have been gouging homeowners and insurance companies for years. It's the big payday. Insurance companies have scaled back the amounts allowed for tree removal after storms in response and the homeowners now shoulder a large part of the burden. Read your homeowners policies because the insurance company ain't gonna tell you until you file a claim. That IS NOT a 50,000 dollar tree. Just sayin.

http://www.cnbc.com/id/100990014. Jack Lew to the rescew. Let me guess, cuts to S.S. Medicare etc etc. raise taxes on US citizens, let corporations off the hook, and the billions that the US loaded
up on cargo planes on pallets, and flew to Iraq and Afghanistan. Who knew. Oh, and Lew gets forgiven a loan from NYU for a home he purchased while interning, while leaving the students there to pay increased
Tuition to cover the difference. But I digress. This is free market capitalism.

A sublime theatre of the absurd. Mary Jo White in her own words. I listened to this interview while driving down the road.
I laughed so hard that I almost wrecked my truck. Then I tried to figure if I was swerving because of laughing so hard or because I am secretly suicidal at the thought of this troll running the show.http://www.c-span.org/video/?317755-1/qa-mary-jo-white
