FRANKFORT, KY. — The Senate has overwhelmingly passed a bill that would prohibit Kentucky from enforcing any federal gun control laws if they're enacted. The vote was 34-3 Monday afternoon. In regards tree cutting there ladies and gents. Tree companies have been gouging homeowners and insurance companies for years. It's the big payday. Insurance companies have scaled back the amounts allowed for tree removal after storms in response and the homeowners now shoulder a large part of the burden. Read your homeowners policies because the insurance company ain't gonna tell you until you file a claim. That IS NOT a 50,000 dollar tree. Just sayin.
