Maxine Waters Asks Bernanke About Matt Taibbi's 'Real Housewives On Wall Street' Ripoff Story On TALF, Taibbi Speaks With Eliot Spitzer (Congressional Video)

Unsurprisingly, Waters isn't particularly upset about Wall Street wives gaming the system and ripping off taxpayers.  Rather her concern (as usual) is focused on why minorities were not allowed to game the system and rip off taxpayers.  Except, they were.  TALF had a special focus on minority participation.  Hey, at least she's consistent.

Maxine Waters' mention that "our people are suffering" is as racist as it gets, I would think the whites, Hispanic and Orientals in her district would rise up in anger as they obviously do not matter to her. They sure aren't living in luxury living in her district, chances are a huge share of those in her district are unemployed and on welfare or unemployment until that runs out then they can go on welfare. What is the unemployment rate in her district, she's probably one of the few with a job.
