This is the excerpt.  Runs 2 minutes.

Broadcast Dec. 13, 2012.

Full Keiser Report:

HSBC: Too Big To Jail

Dec. 13, 2012.

In this episode, Max Keiser and Stacy Herbert look at HSBC being fined rather than criminally charged in order to avoid destabilizing the system, while JP Morgan and others are being sued for about a trillion in bad mortgages.  They also look at "1001" under which bankers who lied to the federal housing authorities could be criminally tried for lying to a federal official.  In the second half of the show, Max talks to Kyra Maya Phillips of MisfitEconomy.com about democracy aboard pirate ships of the 18th century on which No Plunder, No Pay was the name of the game.  Max proposes banksters walk the plank in a specially built platform in Trafalgar Square.

Max is hilarious! Am I the only one who thinks Stacey is hot? LOL! I wanted to share this radio link with some rowdy bank bashing guests. Last week George Babcock was on (it's archived), this week it's Glenn Russell (Ibanez/Larace), Will Galison is going on the show soon too. Who am I missing? Pretty good stuff. It's on live Sunday's at 1:00 PM EST.

Good to see you, fellow rowdy denizen. I will check out your link on Babcock. It's having trouble loading for some reason. And Max married Stacey quietly a few months ago, so he agrees with your assessment.

Hi DB! I had to fuss around a bit to get it to play (Firefox). Can't remember if I took the "Open in New Window" option. The host is just a regular gal...she does a good job and list of guests is getting pretty impressive.

Merry Christmas DB!

(no disrespect to Max or Stacey with my hot comment)

Stacey is hot - but that new reporter - Abby Martin - I would give all your lives for a weekend with tht leggy goddess. And Max - he needs to roll one not snort - he should be running the Fed with Ron Paul - running them outta town!
