Judicial Watch President Updates Clinton Email Case

COURT AGREES WITH JUDICIAL WATCH

President Tom Fitton on the latest in the FOIA battle for Hillary's emails. Judicial Watch had another victory last week in the courts, as Fitton writes in an editorial published today. This case is separate from the FBI investigation, and is one of two cases Judicial Watch has before the courts, both related to Hillary's email server.

Here's the Judicial Watch op-ed:

Ruh-roh.

"In the process of mining data from the Blumenthal account, Lazar [aka Guccifer] said he came across evidence that others were on the Clinton server."

"'As far as I remember, yes, there were … up to 10, like, IPs from other parts of the world,' he said."

Jesus, john, Trump would have to be out of his fucking mind to tap the bailout-loving kneepad-wearing bankster whore known as Scott Brown as his running mate imo. I mean, why not just paint a target on your back?

The career criminals on Wall Street LOVE Brown and HATE Trump. The assassin's math here is a slam dunk even for a midget like Rubio.

I'd take just about ANY of the 21 other names on this list of potential veeps...

Dude, did you LOOK at that protective order?! I did a double-take and stopped reading when I saw THIS in the case caption:

"Trial: September 12, 2016"

You know how fucking insane that would be? Holy shit! A cult rock-star criminal defendant offering testimony in open court that could criminally implicate a presidential candidate who's standing for election in 2 months?! If Tom Clancy or John Grisham wrote that script it would be rejected as too far-out.

There is NO WAY that trial goes forward as scheduled.

Yeah, this is a big story. Drudge has it as his Big headline.. The Clinton camp is freaking out. This reads NOTHING like their typical denial of a story. They are panicked.

"In response to Lazar’s claims, the Clinton campaign issued a statement Wednesday night saying, "There is absolutely no basis to believe the claims made by this criminal from his prison cell. In addition to the fact he offers no proof to support his claims, his descriptions of Secretary Clinton's server are inaccurate. It is unfathomable that he would have gained access to her emails and not leaked them the way he did to his other victims.”"

I kind of got the same feeling. Just the fact that someone could have hacked her account in the way he described looks bad. Team Tump will have fun with this, I'm sure.

Words like 'unfathomable' will usually only appear in a denial when it is in fact, quite fathomable. This is a dead giveaway that they are worried.

Good eye, fellas. Clinton's defense does reek of panic. How ridiculous is this one? "He offers no proof."

No shit. He's in fucking JAIL. Where's he supposed to stow his trove of proof?

AND he's in a "prison cell," so you know he's not credible. There were discussions on including that language -- you don't just throw that out there unless you've had discussions about "how do we respond to this?". If it's just some Romanian nutjob in a prison cell, you ignore it or simply say the accusations have no basis. You don't go out of your way to discredit a Romanian nutjob hacker sitting in a prison cell, unless you're rattled. That's my read, anyway.
