Not the venue for Janet. With all the time these networks spend on the "news", to cut Janet off every time it got interesting shows that the audience, the average watcher, wants the caption not the details.

As for the cases being discussed, the money is is the civil suit. Expert witnesses are great but the facts of this case sailed over the heads of all but the guilty and the expert witnesses is my guess.

Obama and his gang want power, go for control of the people first through health care and then go after the banking system. I hope Obama fails to take over the health care industry but that will also mean that he will fail to get our pound of flesh.

Obama and his thugs are smart. They have put Barney Frank out there as the face of his banking effort. Most people don't want to look at him or hear him because he is so distasteful. Think of it like if Fox or MSNBC used ugly women to read their propaganda. Barney Frank is such a weird goon that it is just a natural reaction to want to tune him out in the same way we all want to tune out that freak show face of Pelosi or the crazy giggling of Robert Gibbs.

Middle-class shoplifters. From TIME:

"Though most thieves rationalize their acts, the current situation has many people feeling the entire system is broken, that politicians are too corrupt or inept to fix it, and that there's nothing wrong with stealing from these big companies and fancy stores that — the thinking goes — are themselves making out like thieves," Bamfield explains. "There's a real perception among many new shoplifters that if you work hard, put money away and play the game, you're asking for someone to come along and rip you off."

I expect more and more of this.

James...

Dishonest employees is the bigger problem. Some steal from the shelves, some from the office supply cabinet, and the rest just take it in the form of a bonus check.

Retail theft (inventory shrinkage) is built into the price tag of the shit we all buy. I think you are correct, a good and bigger percentage of Santa's gifts we be hot, red hot. Retail theft is a lot like credit card fraud, the banks don't even bother investigating because they treat it as a cost of doing business.

Ho ho ho! Pelosi is going to give you and me a government takeover of health care this Christmas, the biggest theft this country has ever seen. Obama will go down in history as a bigger thief than the monopolists of our past. He is the perfect socialist, socialism for you and elitism for him and his family. The Sidwell Friends school that his kids attend costs $29,000 per kid. He is a fraud.
