If you want to see a very good analysis of Tim Geithner's track record look no further than Paul Blusten's "The Chastening: Inside the the Crisis that Rocked the Global Financial System and Humbled the IMF." Its comical that he has fallen upward as he has. He should hardly be in charge of a popsicle stand.
