Housing Market's False Hope With Robert Shiller (CNN Clip)

A quick update from housing guru Robert Shiller: no bounce in sight, further declines ahead.

A quick synopsis: commercial real estate is headed for more trouble; homeowners are still delusional in their thinking that the housing markets will recover and that we are merely experiencing a temporary blip, and now is not the time to buy a single family home.
