Groupon Shares Gashed (CNBC)

Like taking candy from a baby.  Easiest short since RIMM.

Is Groupon's Problem a 'Model' Problem? - CNBC

Groupon went public at $20 and today struggles to hold 3 bucks.  It's still worth $3 billion which is utter madness, even if Amazon were to eventually become interested.  This puppy is going below $2, and soon, sell-side charlatans be damned.
