Dr. Ron Paul managed to get several good points across in spite of the "news" media scumbags' efforts to interrupt and ignore him.

By the way, the talking heads follow their masters' orders and lie about really important things such as who the people actually support.

In one of the injunctions that I won against the “news” media, the Federal judge noted that the “news” media would not submit any sworn evidence to back up the poll numbers that it was reporting to the public. See the Order granting an injunction against the news media at http://www.scribd.com/doc/36649148/Order-Granting-Injunction-Against-News-Media

DB,

When are you going to start live blogging these debates?! :) The Bernanke stuff was hilarious.

PS. Sorry I've been away for so long! (from commenting, not reading)

PPS. Guess who will be in the audience at the Fox News/Google debate in Orlando! :D I'll have to make a "Ron Paul 2012/Go to dailybail.com" sign or something, haha

The Honorable Paul is correct on the dime statement, however the power of silver was not as easily manipulated by the Masters of Mayhem as a cheap fake paper version of currency that as it deflated all these years they could actually convince the masses that they were doing better than their parents generation because they "made" more money than their generation.

Even though they could purchase less with these "greater wages"...

Funny how no one ever addressed that.

Nothing surprises me any more, Gomp.

And Allie...good to hear from you. I'll take your suggestion under advisement for future debates.

Interesting soundbites, some good, others not so. What should be on everyone lips is where we are going and how we are going to get there? Resorting to 19th & 20th Century practices, without changing everything, read that as reducing the prices of "everything" to those 19th & 20th Century levels, wont produce any thing like this circus pretended to produced. The "my ways better than your way" is laughable. Reducing the wages of everyone to below the present minimum wage without rolling back everything else, will only hasten the countries workers into slavery. Anyone doubts this, then you are drinking their koolaid if you go along with any of the crap they sprout. We need 21st Century solutions today, not the regressive measures or feel good bits the politicians play. I'm sure all the readers have their favorite, but they all kow-tow to the same master[s] and you're not one of them.

Those Clowns just cant stand to hear the Truth from Ron Paul.........Ron may not be as young as the rest, but his memory is sharp as a pin point...........!

Hi T.D., see you're right on top of things, as if you would be any other way. Sharp as a pin point, but of course, he's been through fire[s] so to speak. Besides, us older folks know the score.

Hate to be a party popper but a 1965 dime is worth 10 cents, dimes were made out of silver only up until 1964. We get his point though, just off by one year

Thanks Norman, I like Ron Paul only work with the Truth. Paying It Forwared is the way I live, as dose Ron Paul.......Box Car Willie told me one night on the road, if you pay the best, you get the best. After moving to Branson Mo. aera he told me back stage, I have 4-5 wanting to take my pickers job if they leave.

Ron Paul is the same mind thought. Just think of the people, us willing to work under him getting our country back on the right track.........? Count Dar In..? I am worried what they would do to him in the comming Mo. ?

T.D., don't worry about him, he knows what he's doing, and he's got protection too. Besides, if he didn't, he wouldn't be here today. "Old People rule"!

So did JFK ?
Sep 10, 2011 at 4:35 PM | Unregistered CommenterTexas Dar
T.D. I assume you're referring to when JFK last visited Texas? You know that one's a loaded question. I presume you have read the recent stories about the event, so in that vain, if something were to happen to Dr Paul, then might it not be construed that Perry had a hand in it? Or is this in the eyes of some, a far out theory? Food for thought.

What Is Political Capitalism?

http://www.politicalcapitalism.org/what/

[snip]

There are two avenues to business success under a private-property, profit-and-loss system. When using the economic means, or free-market means, businessmen provide goods or services in an open market and rely on voluntary consumer patronage. When using the political means, businessmen obtain a governmental restriction or favor that provides the margin of success beyond what consumer preference alone would give. Market entrepreneurship is the way of capitalism; political entrepreneurship, or rent-seeking as it is known in the economics literature, is the way of political capitalism.

"The interaction between government and business will change forever. In a reset economy, the government will be a regulator; and also an industry policy champion, a financier, and a key partner."
General Electric CEO Jeffrey Immelt, Letter to Shareholders, GE 2008 Annual Report
