Here 's what our legal drugs cause. Table 1 has the numbers.
2007-31.7% alcohol impaired fatalities. This means 68.3% were killed by sober drivers.
If one is sober and knowingly drives a lethal weapon and kills someone I wonder if we should apply the DEATH PENALTY?

President Nixon started the war on drugs and technically speaking that is our longest war. I know a lot of Policemen who say the same thing over and over. Marijuana is a victimless crime. Of course not all feel that way but there are a lot out there who do and feel it is a colossal waste. At the very least it the tally on that war must be huge and the corruption on both ends of the law perpetuate so much of it. Or so it seems.

We have had declared wars on drugs, poverty, illiteracy, etc., maybe the government should declare war on jobs...

After they fail at that one as they have the rest we will have more jobs than we know what to do with.
