I know many people got stuck with homes. Just like a pyramid that came around a few years ago. The pyramid was dine inside of a week, but people still got in and some blew all the money they made the first week. Prices can not continue to rise. They have to fall sometime. It goes up like a rocket and stops. There is no slow down. Then it falls as fast as it went up.
Many places in the mountain resort around Gatlinburg sold for $500,000 and two years later sold for $150,000. Then of the cleaning. I bet just like the pyramid many lost all the profits they had made.

All of our economic and real estate problems have been caused by the Democrats' free mortgages for free-loaders programs, i.e. steal from the working class and give it away to the lazy inner city minorities.
