Under existing law, there can be no COLA in 2011. Why? As determined by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, there is no increase in the Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) from the third quarter of 2008, the last year a COLA was determined, to the third quarter of 2010. The following resources provide more information:

Michele Bachmann calls the tax freeze bill unconstitutional.

Revenue bills must originate in the House, the current bill originated in the Senate.

Must see video.

It has been proven over and over and over again that the socialist liberals don’t respect the Constitution or the rule of law. Why should they, no media outlet on the left will ever call them out on their outright Marxist and anti-Constitutional behaviors.

God help us, protect us from the radical left.

After many years of legal uncertainty, a federal appeals court has finally declared that emails have the same Fourth Amendment protections as regular mail and telephone calls.

"Given the fundamental similarities between email and traditional forms of communication, it would defy common sense to afford emails lesser Fourth Amendment protection," the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled (PDF).

After tripling tuitions, UK may ban student marches

London's top police officer says he is considering banning student marches in the wake of violent flare-ups at protests opposing a massive increase in university tuition fees.

The move has prompted some observers to declare that Britain may be headed towards "martial law" as police push back against angry youth who find they can no longer afford an education, at a time when jobs openings are rare.

Ban Student Protests !

I don't remember being asked if i agreed with this new draconian law and when the judical system becomes so corrupt as to try and take anymore of our freedoms then it's time to think about giving these judges a bit of justice if you catch my drift.

Wikileaks are helpingto lead the way and need all our suport to expose the legal system for what it is.
