FCC: There Is MASSIVE Fraud In The Obamaphone Program

OBAMAPHONE COVER-UP

This is a must-see clip. FCC Commissioner Ajit Pai details the extensive fraud within the ObamaPhone program, and drops a bombshell:

"We were ordered to cover-up details of millions in fraud against taxpayers until after the vote to expand the program."

Tom Wheeler is the Chairman of the FCC, and is therefore the most likely to have issued the 'cover-up' directive, though this has not been confirmed. Ajit Pai was appointed by Obama in 2012, and his term expires this Summer, which means his replacement will shift the balance of power at the agency to Democrats. Pai has become more well-known in the past year through links from Drudge Report and Matt Drudge, who has championed his cause as Pai fights the radical left-wing censorship tendencies that now dominate Obama's FCC.

Not surprising, sadly every program that exists for the benefit of those that choose to live off the taxpayer is awash with fraud. That includes those programs for the rich and corporations as well...

A break from regular programming. El Nino big wave action. No politicians or bankers were injured in the making of this production.

My gripe isn't about poor people gaming the system or committing fraud. Shit happens. My complaint is that the FCC covered up massive fraud on the part of at least 1 wireless carrier, until AFTER they voted to expand the program. It's always the cover-up that pisses me off.

Only one Lifeline phone per household is allowed, whether it be a discounted-service landline phone or a cell phone. There are over 50 companies offering Obamaphones. The largest company, Safelink Wireless, has 3.6 million customers, and is owned by Tracfone, a company owned by the richest man in the world, Mexico’s Carlos Slim.

"The FCC has voted to expand the "Obamaphones" program to include broadband Internet service."

Great, that way they can surf porn and whatever the new version of the silk road is for lucrative moneymaking opportunities under the table. Because they won't want to like find a job or anything that would disrupt the flow of free stuff.
