Dylan Ratigan On The Grand Political Delusion: "Wake Up America! Both Parties Are The SAME! Six Industries Control Everything! It's Time For Independents To Rise!"

Video - Dylan Ratigan On Independents' Day - July 4, 2011

Corporate crapitalism.

Watch at least the first few minutes of this clip.  The intro is outstanding.

Ratigan rocks the house, and repeats what we've been saying for 32 months.  Corporate, crony crapitalism is the order of the day.  Both sides create the illusion (delusion, really) of distinction over worthless minutia, meanwhile GE, Exxon and News Corp. pay no taxes regardless of which side might temporarily wield the power of majority.  And party tribalists (80% of voters) are played for suckers.

The rest of us, who long ago figured out the malevolent game of corporate charades, are left wondering when the masses will emerge and awake from their collective loyalist stupor.

The false left-right paradigm is destroying this country and we have finally had enough.

Corporations run Congress and write legislation via K-Street lobbyists masquerading as boozing, pay-for-play prostitutes, who no longer even feign an attempt at hiding their misdeeds, as evidenced by our last story.

Wake up America.  Turn off ABC's Dancing With Bristol Palin, and tell American Idol to shove Simon Cowell's ego straight up his spray-on-tanned, lower excretive orifice.  The future of your nation is at stake, and it's about 2-decades past time to stop fu*%#king around and start paying attention.

Libertarians and independents must unite to end the tribalist siege.

'Against all' vote could return to Russian ballots

http://en.rian.ru/russia/20110713/165173405.html

[snip]

Russians may once again have the option of voting "against all" when the Duma, Russia's lower house of parliament, considers a draft bill on reinstating it.

yes TR...you and john and all the regulars are not part of the problem...it's the party tribalists who insist on voting with one side or the other and won't wake from their stupor...ratigan is dead on...outside of just a few issues, both sides are the same, and certainly, both are controlled by lobbyists...our system is rotten from within and to the core...i'm not saying it's wrong to vote for a DEM or a GOP candidate, i'm saying it's wrong to believe there's any difference between the actual parties...and all votes should be for individuals who are not beholden to the corporations...ron paul comes to mind...dennis kucinich as well...sadly there aren't many in congress who are free of the chains...but generally in every congressional election, there is at least one candidate who is, but he or she generally loses in the primary...

@Tater...both parties seem pretty socialist to me...bush loved bailouts...capitalism has long since died...i hope you understand this...republicans are controlled by corporations to the same putrid degree as DEMs...there is no difference...Obama is a repeat of George Bush...most of us understand this...and just b/c fringe parties endorse him, doesn't make him any worse or better than Mitt Romney...don't forget he is owned by wall street as well and supported the bailouts...it's all a giant charade...

I love Dylan. Can't figure out why he hasn't been booted off of MSM.

Another issue -- Has anyone seen that Obama, by executive order, implemented the Dream Act on July 8th, after Congress voted it down twice. Please search it. Nothing on the most popular alternative websites, but it is still out there.

Dylan will save us !! Ron Paul will save us !! ............. or, WE'LL HAVE TO SAVE OURSELVES by cleaning out the swamp in Washington again & again until we have representatives in the government who represent the American people. WAKE UP PEOPLE ........... the U.S. TREASURY has been looted, the U.S. TAXPAYER has been looted, this country's natural resources are being looted ............ not much time left, we're in the process of being asset-stripped & yes, it's all being done pre-planned & deliberately.

Checks, cash, real estate, plus untraceable valuable material's and luxury perks along with the promise of future well paid employment. These are the building blocks necessary to pass legislation in the CORRUPTOCRACY that has become the Federal Government of the United States.

Too bad the American Taxpayers don't have any of those building blocks left. I think they let the CORRUPTOCRACY give all of their building blocks to Wall Street and the other multinational parasites.

It's sad, this used to be a great country. Now it's a decadent mess ruled by corrupt people who don't give a damn about anything but their own self-serving agendas. They ignore the American People and the overwhelming issues that are destroying the American Middle Class, to serve masters who could care less about said destruction.

I think it's too late to reform the government. The corrupt elite majority that controls the U.S. Govt. today will never allow any reforms that diminish their power. That leaves the American People with few options to reclaim their country. I worry about the next ten years, it could get ugly, and full blown anarchy is not out of the question.

Keep your powder dry and your boats close to shore, there is a storm headed our way and it's going to be a big one.

Just found that S&P runs the country.

Is this the same S&P that inflated ratings of complex mortgage backed securities when they were not worth the paper they were printed on?

I am surprised anyone pays any attention to these assholes anymore, their track record shows they are incompetent, probably corrupt and not to be trusted.

“You know very well, and the stupid Americans know equally well, that we control their government, irrespective of who sits in the White House. You see, I know it and you know it that no American president can be in a position to challenge us even if we do the unthinkable. What can they (Americans) do to us? We control congress, we control the media, we control show biz, and we control everything in America. In America you can criticize God, but you can’t criticize Israel…” Israeli spokeswoman, Tzipora Menache"

This I know will sound braggerly but I have what I think are some valid solutions to our monetary and economic problems.
They are contained in my blog "Apathy Begone--Activating Minds and Voices." Right now I'm a chorus of one but could easily become and hopefully so a chorus of thousands. I invite you to visit my blog and comments are welcome.

Cheers

George Walker Bush is not "around 6'1", he is actually 5'11". Please be more responsible about bandying fallacies around like they don't matter.

Ron Paul rocks!

Dear Dylan,

The Libertarians are funded by the Koch brothers and embrace many of the stupid ideas that the far right do. What we need is to create parties that are GROUNDED in historical fact, who really do understand economics and systems and don't parrot neo-liberal baloney. I just spent a couple of days reviewing the timeline for the Depression of 1929. It is clear to me that the same exact policies created the same outcome. IT IS TIME FOR SOMETHING NEW.

Just like our Founding Fathers really researched the history and legal foundations of countless civilizations and determined the best points of each, we need a committee that really researches the elements of a stable, prosperous society and create a platform for those.

I am sick of wars, death, medicine for money, the vaccine scams, the destruction of our education system, the tripe that passes for culture on television and the horrors of TSA fondling. America could be great once again, but not without serious scholarship and contemplation over what needs to be changed. THE PROBLEMS ARE NOT SIMPLE. THE SOLUTIONS WILL NOT BE SIMPLE EITHER. THE SORT OF SILLY SIMPLISTIC THINKING THAT CAME OUT OF THE KOCH BROTHERS AND OTHERS NEEDS TO BE THROWN AWAY. Their disdain for academia is also WRONG. We need a mix of practical and well-researched, well evaluated solutions for the future.

What a real punk Ed Shultz is. He is ranting and raving like some lunatic. I often wonder how someone can listen and view him when he never has anything to say. He is always on the defense. He says feeding the american people and food programs are of major concern to the american people.
Is that why in his next interview conversation he will be ranting about getting rid of entitllement programs. Arguing about how too much money is going to the poor who contribute nothing to society and that it is wrong. Just like all the other conservative stupid creeps who fake the liberal role for politics.
Poli i= Many (Latin)
Tic= a bloodsuking creature, Parasite.
Ed Shultz argues about many bloodsuckers viewpoints not what the American people want.
The thing is what kind of language skills being developed in America is twisted and of the nature of incompatence.
