Dick Grasso With Joe Kernen On Occupy Wall Street: "I Understand The Anger, Banks Gave Capitalism A Bad Name"

CNBC Video - Oct. 28, 2011

Kernen has gotten religion.  Grasso, the former head of the NYSE who left with more than $100 million, not so much.  This is a very revealing interview.  Kernen stands up for the anti-bailout complaints of Wall Street protesters, and attacks the bonus culture and lack of clawbacks.  Don't skip this.

Guys like Grasso need a wake up call... that smug little prick should go to the guillotine... people will cheer!

Where are the Jacobins meeting? -- we need some blood - soon - or the streets will explode.

No one was more surprised at Grasso's retirement package than the members of the NYSE. It was not earned and unprecedented. He presided over the rape of the stock exchange. On 9/11/01, he should have shut down all trades of American Airlines, United Airlines and many more of the stocks that were shorted 4000 times more than normal that day. Computers at the SEC catch those anomalies instantaneously and he allowed the pre-knowledge of the World Trade Center attacks to give advantages to the traders at the CIA and Congress. He covered up the aftermath. He allowed massive naked shorts to become the norm, when they were and are highly illegal. He allowed criminal traders like Cramer, Madoff and many others to prosper without fear of prosecution. He allowed the Federal Plunge Protection Program to inflate the stock prices when the free market demanded they fall. He allowed the criminal banksters to inflate and sell mortgage backed securities although they were securitized fractionally and illegally. He allowed Leahman Brothers to pledge these bad mortgages over and over as security for bad investments. He presided over the destruction of the world economy.

Grasso belongs in jail alongside Bernie Madoff.
