Crooked Harry Reid Calls Trump 'The Worst Candidate Of All Time'
CROOKED HARRY REID ONCE TOOK A $600,000 BRIBE
The Democratic Party trotted out another sub-human species this afternoon, this time in the form of Senator Harry Reid, who was trying to beat back against the rising Trump tide sweeping the nation. Reid says he's frightened by Donald Trump and calls him the 'worst, most flawed candidate he's ever seen in 50 years of local, state, and national politics.'
That's a long-ass career he's made out of ripping off taxpayers.
Don't these Washington troglodytes realize that every time they open their mouths to denigrate Trump that they actually embolden the movement with another pillar of anti-establishment loathing. All of Harry Reid's haters, and there are millions of us across this country, now have another reason to support Trump -- just to piss off Harry Reid.
They are making this too easy. At this rate, Hillary will be lucky to get 45% of the general.

Harry Reid strikes gold with green energy kickbacks

A May 2010 internal email addressing the need to expedite Department of Energy (DOE) green-energy loan approvals for projects in Reid’s district says: “Reid is constantly hit at home for not bringing in the federal dollars.” In the email, reported Obama bundler and former Clinton Administration staffer, Jonathan Silver, who was, at the time, the executive director of the Loan Programs Office, was to assure Reid that he anticipated “a good number of projects to be approved in the coming months.”
Reid saw the potential in green-energy dollars before anyone else. He laid the foundation to allow him to bring home the “federal dollars.”
The White House and DOE insiders helped Reid secure green-energy stimulus funds for his home state of Nevada—which he touted in his 2010 campaign. He is tied to more than $3 billion of taxpayer money—currency that created just over 200 permanent jobs.
The Washington Times reported: “Mr. Reid, a Nevada Democrat, who led passage of the $814 billion stimulus bill and worked to include the loan guarantee program to help finance clean-energy projects…” The 2009 stimulus package—the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA)—was jammed-packed full of clean-energy provisions, about 10 percent (nearly $100 billion) of the monies were earmarked for renewable energy.

Corruption Scandals Led to Harry Reid’s Abrupt “Retirement”

http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2014/04/16/why-is-us-senator-harry-reid-so-concerned-with-local-nevada-rancher.html
I believe the more important question is, why is this case so important to United States Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid? And what was his involvement in this controversial assault?
Let’s start with Harry Reid’s obsession with the case. Just on Monday evening he weighed in again, promising, “This isn’t over.”
Doesn’t it strike anyone as strange that the U.S. Senate Majority Leader is so obsessed with a small rancher who hasn’t paid grazing fees? Does New York Senator Chuck Schumer get involved publicly when a New York company is late paying rent to the U.S. government?
Doesn’t the Senate Majority Leader have anything more important to think about?
There are almost 100 million working-age Americans no longer working. More Americans are today on entitlements than working in the private sector. More Americans are on food stamps than the number of women working in America. Iran is building a nuclear bomb. Russian jet fighters are threatening American ships. Yet Harry Reid obsesses about a rancher late on his rent? Something smells fishy folks.
There are other questions raised about Reid’s involvement. Why did this assault become the #1 priority of government only days after a senior political advisor to Nevada Senator Harry Reid took over BLM? Coincidence?
Who benefits from that vision? Democratic donors who run green energy companies. Who stands in the way of that vision- Nevada’s ranchers, farmers and property owners- almost all of whom are diehard Tea Party conservatives and patriots who despise Reid.
Reid and the BLM needed a “cover story” to take the land away from the ranchers. So they claim it’s about protecting the “endangered” desert tortoise.
But if the protection of the desert tortoise was so important to the BLM, why did the same BLM kill hundreds of desert tortoises last fall?
If protecting the tortoises was so important, why has the BLM constantly waived rules protecting the desert tortoise for multiple solar and wind projects? [AND BIRDS emphasis mine] If cattle are a danger to tortoises, why are solar panels and wind turbines not a danger?

I touch on this a bit in my last piece: Especially where fire is concerned.

("Additional evidence that Trump has sold out his naive supporters is his latest statement that Wall Street should be deregulated: https://ourfuture.org/20160519/populist-trump-wants-to-deregulate-wall-street
It is extraordinary that Trump’s advisers have not told him that Wall Street was deregulated back in the 20th century during the Clinton regime. The repeal of Glass-Steagall deregulated Wall Street. One source of the 2008 financial crisis is the deregulated derivative maket. When Brooksly Born attempted to fulfill the responsibiity of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and regulate over-the-counter derivatives, she was blocked by the Federal Reserve, the US Treasury, the SEC, and the US Congress.
Nothing has been done to correct the massive mistake of financial deregulation. The Dodd-Frank legislation did not correct the massive financial concentration that produced banks too big to fail, and the legislation did not stop Wall Street’s reckless casino gambling with the US economy. Yet Trump says he will dismantle even the weak Dodd-Frank restrictions.
The American print and TV media are so corrupt that these reports could be false stories, the purpose of which is to demoralize Trump’s supporters. On the other hand, should we be surprised if a billionaire aligns with the One Percent?")
I've said repeatedly that Trump is not a perfect candidate. But the other choice is Hillary so what the hell else are we supposed to do. There is no way on God's Green Earth I would ever pull the lever for her. I would vote for Quazimoto before Hillary.
As for Trump ending Dodd-Frank...
Dodd-Frank is all for show. It has done nothing to fix systemic risk in the banking system. Absolutely nothing. You do realize that our too-big-to-fail banks are now even bigger than before Dodd-Frank. And not by a small amount. It's time to get rid of Dodd-Frank (which has killed small banks) and replace it with something useful that actually limits size and forces a return to Glass-Steagal. I'm not saying Trump will do this, but Hillary won't either. And Bernie is not going to be an option unless the FBI and DOJ charge Hillary in the next 2 months.
