Comparing Random Things To Bernanke - Nascar Edition

Update: News yesterday of Bernanke's retirement in 2014, means he will be leaving the Fed's balance sheet for someone else to crash.

This is intense.  Start watching at the 1-minute mark.

For anyone who missed this a few weeks ago: a massive 20-car crash on the final lap of the Talladega 500.  Somehow it's reminiscent of Bernanke's money-printing and Qeternity.

Everything seems fine on the surface until the moment things are no longer fine.  And then it's too late.  Way too late.

Don't know if anyone here is a fan of this stuff. Best thing they ever did was to put cameras on board. Engines push 700+ horsepower. Testimony to safety features that allow these guys to race like this. Can remember when the cars they used were hopped up family haulers.
