Comedy Videos: Nissan Ad With Andy Richter & Something Very Disturbing

The Nissan tv spot is solid.  Wait for the end.

The second video after the jump also came from Funny Or Die.  The title is 'The Homeless Poor On The New Economy.'  I can't describe it.  It contains adult themes and language.  The best I can come up with is disturbingly futuristic.
