BOMBSHELL: Check Out This Industry Catalog And Price Sheet For FABRICATED Foreclosure Documents

SCRIBD:  Lender Processing Services' DOCX Document Fabrication Price Sheet

You wanted concrete proof of widespread lost mortgage documentation?

Feast your eyes upon this.

A foreclosure lawyer sent this little beauty by email.  I had no idea the market was so robust for missing mortgage documents.  And apparently there is inflation within the foreclosure fabrication circles.  Prices to replace missing documents keep going up...;-)

UPDATE - Here's an addendum from 4closureFraud.

SUBJECT: GOLDMAN SACHS EMBEZZLEMENT SCHEME – SECRET SECONDS

THE LATEST SCAM – ALERT!!! DO NOT WAIT FOR THE FORECLOUSRE MILLS, SERVICERS OR LENDERS TO GIVE YOU FORECLOSURE DOCUMENTS OR ASSIGNMENTS – THEY ARE NOT GIVING YOU EVERYTHING – ORDER A TITLE SEARCH OR GO TO YOUR COUNTY RECORDER TO SEE WHATS BEEN RECORDED ON YOUR PROPERTY. WE DID AND THIS IS WHAT WE FOUND:

In May 2005 we deposited and invested $200,000 in Real Property, where we recently found out that $118,800 was embezzled out of our property from Mortgage Lenders and Trust Brokerage Companies, namely Goldman Sachs through an escrow Transaction. The $118,800 in funds was paid to these embezzlers from the Investors unbeknownst that the securitization happened by encumbering our property and making up a fraudulent fake Promissory Note and Deed of Trust.

Foreclosure Fraud, yet another violation of our rights. Add it to the list of gov’t violations of our right:
They violate the 1st Amendment by fencing-in demonstrators at G-20, banning books like “America Deceived II” and trying to take-over the internet.
They violate the 2nd Amendment by confiscating guns.
They violate the 4th and 5th Amendment by wireless wiretapping.
They violate the entire Constitution by starting undeclared wars.
Impeach Obama (and sweep out the Congress, except Ron Paul).

Goldman Sachs Group Inc. is taking its first steps to change the way it does business after it weathered harsh criticism and paid a $550 million fine tied to its actions before and during the financial crisis.

The Wall Street firm, which is trying to rehabilitate its public reputation with an ad campaign that, among other things, tries to show how it helps create jobs, is planning to make changes in the way it reports its finances and how it relates to clients, investors and analysts, people involved in the planning say. It has also gone outside the company and hired an executive who has been a vocal critic of Wall Street pay practices and weak corporate governance.

umm just because its in the name of the file (something that can easily be changed) doesn't mean that fabrication is the service they offer.
this document's text does not indicate that the service is in any way illegitimate.
Oct 18, 2010 at 3:54 PM | Unregistered Commentergcoaster
ok...gcoaster..i'll be more direct...i did not call them forged...i called them fabricated.,..many people would call something fabricated that must be created...i'm sorry if my choice of words bothers you...what i'm demonstrating with this post is that the LOSS of documents is so widespread that services exist with inventories and prices sheets to help out the loan servicers and originators...
Oct 18, 2010 at 4:03 PM | Registered CommenterDailyBail
I don't care about the forged/fabricated distinction - either would be fraud and obviously wrong.

This is a service, and you have judged it to be illegitimate without any evidence to support that - let alone the concrete proof you claim. Isn't it strange that the website for this company is down? (at least for me I suppose)

How about this: Lexis-Nexis provides court cases to lawyers for their use in preparing briefs. The lawyers could go get the cases themselves from the casebooks, etc. but decide instead to use Lexis-Nexis to pull up the cases for them electronically because frankly their time is worth too much to waste scrounging around some library looking for the relevant case.
I suppose you would see Lexis-Nexis' price sheet and conclude that they were fabricating cases for lawyers to use! And that people had lost the record of these cases! The horror! Of course this would not be what was actually happening. Its just outsourcing.

I think you should retitle your post to be more intellectually honest (and also consider using a more neutral name for the file on Scribd). There is no evidence of fabrication / forgery / fraud from the evidence presented here.
Oct 18, 2010 at 4:17 PM | Unregistered Commentergcoaster
gcoaster,
I can only guess why you're so concerned about this company, but no one (here anyway) is claiming that the company is illegitimate. Or that their services are illegal or fraudulent. Or that they are committing forgery. The concern here is with how the BANKS are apparently using such documents. Because they are, in fact, using them fraudulently in court, and possibly to cover up fraud relating to MBS for which they were the trustees or the sellers.

I don't know how we could be more clear about this.
Oct 18, 2010 at 4:30 PM | Registered CommenterDr. Pitchfork
ummm, Dr. Pitchfork, your words are so completely at odds with the title of the blog post I am not sure how to address your point - the author of the post says the documents are fabricated. You are saying they are not fabricated. Maybe you two can resolve your differences first.

The source of my concern is that there are a lot of people writing about this issue right now (e.g., Felix Salmon, Rortybomb, et al) and this post could mislead people (even if there are valid complaints - and I would bet my life there are). People writing about this subject should strive to be clear and grounded in evidence.

By the way, II am in no way affiliated with DocX and the site admin is welcome to resolve my IP address to prove just that. This link happened across my twitterfeed and I thought the claim was (and it certainly still appears to be) unbelievable. A company selling fabricated documents wouldn't be this reckless!
Oct 18, 2010 at 4:37 PM | Unregistered Commentergcoaster
Well? Are you guys going to be intellectually honest or not? Does Yves Smith really have such low standards she'll host authors on her site that are so reckless with the facts?

DocX, if its a real company providing a legitimate service (which seems like a possibility), would have a pretty open and shut libel case against you.

There is an argument to be made against the servicers / banks / trustees / other parties. Please, please, please make that argument. But do it honestly!
Oct 18, 2010 at 5:53 PM | Unregistered Commentergcoaster
"Recreate entire collateral file, $95." Why does gcoaster regard this as a really ambiguous document?
Oct 18, 2010 at 6:20 PM | Unregistered Commenterpaul krugman's raging ulcer
gcoaster...i'll explain it again...by 'fabricated' i was not referring to forgeries or anything fraudulent..i was referring to the fact that the ORIGINAL documents had been lost and NEW ones had to be created...or fabricated...not that they are false necessarily...jsut that they no longer exist...as i stated before, my point with this post was commentary on the need for this type of service...

in other words, since this service exists, it must mean there are a heck of a lot of lost documents out there...that is all i meant...i did not mean that these replacement documents are FAKES or FALSE...i hope this makes sense...i was not trying to highlight this company or their service...was highlighting the fact that their service is EVEN needed...sorry for repeating myself but i'm trying to make my point abundantly clear...
Oct 18, 2010 at 6:40 PM | Registered CommenterDailyBail
Gcoaster...i went back and read my comments..i was quite clear in the story...here's the key line...

"You wanted concrete proof of widespread lost mortgage documentation?"

The story is about proof of rampant document loss...nothing else...

Lets face it. The whole thing is about to Explode and come apart. We are about to the point of the people are sliding down the deck of the Titanic. The lady in the black skirt, white Petty-Coat, & lace up boots is screamming as she slides down the upper deck towards the Bow.

Just before the Titanic splits in two, just past the 3rd Funnel. ( thats whAre we are now.) Jack & Rose are workking thAre way to the Strean of the deck. They both climb over the back railling to keep from falling to their Death, ( that will be on Jan. 1 )

Come March 1st, the guy falls from the back side of the railling of the Titanic, and hits his "Upper-Body" Head hits on the Starboard Side Prop, ( that will be June 13th ) and the sound is "Ding" as he flips dead down 100' into the water. Reamber, thas a realy big ship.

The ship is going down, and FAST, ( thats about July 4th ) Jack tells Rose to take a deep breath just before it gos under, ( come about July 16th ) reamber at that point it all starts going down Quick....................

The Titanic drops below the water line and Jack & Rose let lose of the railling. They try as they may, but the under curent pulls them down, way down. Deeper than you can imagin, ( thats about Aug. 9th )

Unlike "Jack & Rose" on the Titanic, the American People wont get to come back to the surface of the life the way they knew it. The whole banking scam done took everybodys way of life from all of us. It took down the whole system becouse of Greed, from everyone in goverment, big buissnes, & "Fuckkin-Banksters"..................................

The American People, along with the greatest ship ever built, gos to the bottom of the ocean becouse of "Shoddy Workmanship".............Whats his name, Cheated on Shoddy Workmanship, just like todays bankers did it to us today.

Were "Fucked-& Going Down" to the bottom of O-Bliss, all becouse of GREED............We will hit at 23 Knots, thats about 31 MPH. All that will be left of our soles, is Shoes laying on the bottom. This will represent all of the people that lost their homes, for doing nothing wrong. They just got that letter in the mail, telling them to move out. There are many, many shoes on the bottom, as will be again.

They dident, "Over Buy"..........they were up to date on the payment, like my good friend Bruce at http://www.kickthemallout.com/ ..same thing happened to him. Very same Shit, and he spent his life savings to save his place.

Jack & Rose made it, till Jack died from the cold, ( thats the ones still in thAre homes but gona be forced out soon )........they will die too and be on the street.

The ship lays on the bottom yeat today, as many good folks will today, and tommrow, as the "Bankesters" take many homes & buissnes away from Good People, that did nothing wrong.

Guess What, thats just the way G Soros, and big goverment planed it many, many, many years ago to happen in 2008. Wellcome to the toilet folks.

Its not that bad after you get used to it. You get "Hot Piss & Turds" dumped on you from our great goverment. You wont freeze to death. Goverment Shit is warm.

Your house will go to a very nice "Shovel-Ready Goverment Job" guy, for 1/4th what you payed. Stay close to the Burnnin Barrel, cuz yr still Wet from swimming to the home land, after the goverment sunk yr ship........... Tex !

OH, You have No Re-corse. Your Screw'ed-"Fucked" to put it in tearms we understand. You did nothing wrong folks. They planed it all along. They just dident tell us it was comming. Dar !

"You wont freeze to death. Goverment Shit is warm."

For now.

"OH, You have No Re-corse."

Incorrect. Oh so wrong.

"They just dident tell us it was comming."

'cuz they said it was contained and didn't see it themselves.

See, TD, the powers that be just ain't that smart. And that's a fatal blind spot. So is their failure to know history, which sociopaths inherently cannot.

It'll be an internecine affair (think Titus Andronicus), but with a familiar conclusion: the smart eat the rich.

@October 18, 2010 | Cheyenne

But in the movie, we can hit the Eject botton, and put in the Little Haus on the Praire movie. The American People cant. But what a great time to be alive in this country. To see everything slip from our grip, and good people forced out of their homes.

They all had it comming, right. Thats what BHO's people say.

See, TD, the powers that be just ain't that smart. And that's a fatal blind spot. So is their failure to know history, which sociopaths inherently cannot.

BUT..................Thats whAre so many are so wrong. Yes, you my friend are so right, BUT, They still hold the "Gun-at-our Back. They may not have BRAINS, they still hold the power to kill us at any time they want.

How smart are you, or us, if were still DEAD when the goverment power says we need to be Dead................? You dont need to be Smart, to kill people. Holding Power, is the master who can say who dies, and who dont.

So is their failure to know history, which sociopaths inherently cannot.

RIGHT Again, they will neaver look back, they only look at us and how to control us. Power is the strength of goverment. To force us into the shoe box with 13 white mice, waiting for us to start killing each other is the great plan.

but with a familiar conclusion: the smart eat the rich.

Only till the Stupid-Sheeple, wake up. The day is close my friend, BUT, Its to late to eat them at birth.........................the time when we could take back our country was 80 years ago.

It no longer matters if we want to all ban togeather and ........"Take Control" of our country. The people in NO after Katreina, were forced out of their homes, ans STRIP'ed of their guns, FIRST.............................What dose that tell ya................
Oct 19, 2010 at 12:17 AM | Unregistered CommenterTexas Dar
The Fuckkin-Goverment, has the control. We can squeel all we want to. Just try and "Say No"....................I've has enought of yr Shit............

Just Aint-Gona-Happen".....Go a Head, Puke-Up Some of our rights.............I dare You..........Stand up for the rest of us American Folks. You dont stand a chance in Hell, and you know it........

Groop up with the American flag, the yellow snake flag, and the goverment will "Nuke-You" with a "Thirmint-Gharg" & you will neaver be on the Internett again.

You realy need to reamber....................................the goverment dose not get MAD, They get Evan..................

Oct 19, 2010 at 6:20 PM | Unregistered CommenterLB
We all should go to our banks and have them show us the paper work on our loand once. Just to see how many of us can get a copy of our note. If you cant, you dont own crap.

If the guy holding your note gos bust, you now need to ponny up the sum, or its his place. Most paper work was lost in the scramble to bundle up the notes and sell them to the next buyer.

The guy holding your note cares not if he has the paper work, as long as you keep sending him you money. Wait till people pay off their homes and cant get a "Payed in Full"............then what...?

In her editorial in the NY Times, today, Yves Smith refers to these kinds of documents as "fabricated."
---
"That there was even a market for such FABRICATED [my emphasis] documents among the law firms involved in foreclosures shows just how hard it is going to be to fix the problems caused by the lapses of the mortgage boom. No one would resort to such dubious behavior if there were an easier remedy."

How's this?

CHASE BANK - MODIFY FAIRLY OR FACE $100,000,000 LAWSUIT FOR FRAUD

http://www.foreclosurehamlet.org/profiles/blogs/chase-bank-modify-fairly-or-fa

"DO NOT CIRCUMVENT OUR OFFICE - ALL CORRESPONDENCE REGARDING THIS MORTGAGE SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO US.

Dear Chase,

We have sent HUNDREDS of pages of documentation to you since November 2010.

The borrower came to us because they did the same and were ignored. We are going to try one more time to obtain a modification for our clients before we turn to the court system for relief.

Your company has run rough-shot over our state's title statutes, and violated them as if they did not exist [and not only with regard to this particular property]. Unless you offer our clients an acceptable loan modification with a principal write-down to a new balance of $100,000,000.00 within 45 days, our intent is to amend our existing complaint to include acting in bad faith and outright fraud. The way you have treated our clients is disgusting and you should be held accountable.

(I'd throw it all here but copy/paste from a pdf file sucks.)

I'll explain why I suspected the document was a hoax - because I got here via the ridiculous conspiracism of Mike Rivero's WhatReallyHappened.com

And over there, he makes the following claim about this page:

-------------
"BOMBSHELL - Check Out This Industry Catalog And Price Sheet For FABRICATED Foreclosure Documents

**You wanted concrete proof of widespread forged mortgage documentation?"**
---------------

You notice - it claims concrete proof of WIDESPREAD FORGERY.

Your headline also suggests the same - clearly it misleads people, such as Rivero.

The author claims : "i did not mean that these replacement documents are FAKES or FALSE"

Mike Rivero claims: "concrete proof of widespread forged mortgage documentation"
Jul 26, 2011 at 1:06 AM | Unregistered CommenterTLNL
Not sure why you think it's misleading...it's an offer to replace lost documents with falsified documents...it's not a stretch to call them forgeries.

DocX is a subsidiary of LPS.

Oddly enought LPS database software runs on many Clerk of Court servers throughout the country under different names like "Aptitude Solutions".

Very cozy...

I would like to thank DOCX for all the fabricated, forged, robo-signed and fraudulent documents that you supplied to the foreclosure mill attorneys who foreclosed on my homestead. One look at this basket of fraudulent crap and the judge threw my case on a distant back burner. This was further complicated by the foreclosure attorney quitting and leaving the country, probably hiding in Israel where he can't be extradited from.

Any new attorney that will possibly re-open the case, will take one look at all the DOCX crap that was filed under discovery and run for their life. In the mean time, I haven't had to make a mortgage payment, an insurance payment, or property tax payment for three years. My attorney says in two more years, I will own my homestead free and clear. Thanks again DOCX and all the crooked foreclosure mill lawyers, I hope you enjoy life on the kibbutz.

Personally I don't believe Miguel. He sounds more like someone taking an opportunity to attack Jews.

Did DailyBail miss that? No, seems they're fine with it.

Miguel says
---
"In the mean time, I haven't had to make a mortgage payment, an insurance payment, or property tax payment for three years."
------

Oh, so who do you think will be paying the bill instead, whilst you inherit a home for NOTHING>?

And DailyBail suddenly find THEFT ok. Suddenly the DailyBail are happy for people to move their own obligations onto "someone else"......the taxpayer, right?
Jul 26, 2011 at 3:33 PM | Unregistered CommenterTLNL
it wasn't an attack on jews...he simply mentioned israel's non-extradition treaty...and as far as the banks go, my thoughts are as follows...if they committ fraud, then they should be punished...and if that means the banks lose the home, so be it...they need to learn the lesson that mortgage and foreclosure fraud has punishment...
