Bob Hope On Zombie Banks And Democrats (Video)

Relax Democrats, I kid because I care.  Besides, The Daily Bail leans Libertarian, so we get to make fun of everybody.  It's Friday so let's all relax.  Very funny 24-second clip.

Wow, a great day on dailybail for the Where's Obama (Waldo) game...

Gobias.

I have been avoiding these comments of yours considering I have answered your Q several times...

This site is focused on the bailouts, the Fed, Treasury, corruption, capture, and political and financial satire and comedy...

I could understand your complaints if we were a straight politics site, but for the umpteenth time, WE ARE NOT...

So back off with your constant chirping about where's Obama...I'm growing tired of your shtick.

@ Gobias

Good to see you still playing the banker manifesto game, so predictable. You serve the masters well.

Yes, let's all discuss the economy and not mention the person who runs and who is responsible for our economy.

Let's see...

Daily, this site should be called Three Wise Monkeys or DailyPravda

Come on, you can't handle the whole truth is the problem. I know how sensitive and stubborn liberals are so to keep freedom of speech, I better fall in line. Don’t worry, your secret is safe with me.

President Obama at a campaign rally for Virginia Gov. hopeful Creigh Deeds: "I don't want the folks who created the mess to do a lot of talking. I want them to get out of the way so we can clean up the mess."

Hey Gomp...

What do you make of this?

"You want me to tell you what my husband thinks?" Clinton replied, clearly irked by the thought of being her husband Bill's spokeswoman. My husband is not secretary of state, I am," she replied. "If you want my opinion I will tell you my opinion. I am not going to be channeling my husband."

Gobias,

Why don't you just post whatever it is that's on your mind? Obama takes flak here all the time -- but surely you jest when you say that he "runs...our economy." Summers and Geithner are the ones you're looking for. BTW, did you listen to that William Black interview? He goes on and on about how Obama is listening to "failures" like Summers and Geithner. How exactly is Obama being avoided on this site, and how exactly would you do things differently? I don't at all agree (if that's what you're suggesting) that Obama's culpability in all this mess is somehow being sidestepped or overlooked -- just the opposite. I'm sure he'd much prefer ill-informed "birthers" to smart, knowledgeale Daily Bailers -- who know exactly what he's done and how evil it is. If you want to bait Obama supporters, aren't there better places to do that?

I found it amusing, she has had a long track record of inserting feet into mouth. As I have said all along, ALL ARE RESPONSIBLE!!! I think you are compartmentalizing again, it is way more complex. As I have stated before, by the time a candidate gets to where you can vote for them they are already bought (both parties).

Work to change the system, that is where the problem lies. The elected pawns are exactly that, pawns, it is bigger than them.

And in regard to Krugman, he tells America what he is paid to say, nothing more. I missed that in the last post.

“Wise men speak because they have something to say; Fools because they have to say something.”

Ouch! That is a beautiful quote. Here are a couple more in a similar vein.

"Better to keep your mouth closed and be thought a fool than to open it and remove all doubt"

-Probably Abraham Lincoln, Mark Twain, or Albert Einstein

"Even a fool is thought wise if he keeps silent, and discerning if he holds his tongue."

-King Solomon, Proverbs 17:28

Gobias, It seems you have a lot to say--why not start your own blog? It's free for the basic model (I've found wordpress to be a great server). I look forward to reading it.

In the meantime, you have to respect other blogger's choice of focus and time and effort they put into their site. You are a guest in someone else's house--behave like one.

Socic...

That sounded like a lot of liberal concern and I am touched, really. I understand that liberals can be very sensitive to the opposition's viewpoint. In fact, I am trying to protect the integrity of this site. If dailybail wishes to be the boy in the bubble and close his site to the right, I would bet that he has the power. If he does, fine, then you and he can bash Sarah Palin to your heart’s content in an echo chamber. Bush isn’t smart, Sarah isn’t smart, if putting people down in that manner helps you feel better, go for it. I know articles and comics like the ones I posted will never find their way to a site like this without me but I, as opposed to you, enjoy dissenting opinions however valid and intelligent. Kitty, my guess is you have heard this before…mind your own business. The links I posted are very relevant and poignant, don’t worry Kitty, it won’t hurt you to educate yourself on opposing viewpoints. Why not tell me, I’m listening and I care...

Gobias.

I think you misread SNK's politics...you should pay attention more to her comments and you would know her views.

Here Kitty...

Sounds like Daily wants you to speak your mind. Pray tell, what are your politics?
