LONDON (MarketWatch) — Expectations are rising for the European Central Bank on Thursday to run to the rescue of the euro zone’s deeply-troubled credit markets by signaling it will step up its controversial sovereign bond-buying program.

But policy watchers say deep divisions within the 22-member governing council make it no sure thing that ECB President Jean-Claude Trichet will be able to deliver the medicine at what is likely to be the most closely-watched monthly news conference in the central bank’s history.

“I think this is an extremely close call,” said Klaus Baader, European economist at Societe Generale.

"US Courts: Using Another Persons Social Security Number NOT Crime!"

Of course not, the illegals have been doing it for years, they find someone willing to "sell" their number to them so they can get drivers licenses and gainful employment, all proceeds go into the S.S. account of the seller thus bumping up their retirement. It is so lucrative that the "seller" usually sells their number over and over again...

While the illegal merely wants to work and give the appearance of being a U.S. citizen. The license bureau is happy, S.S. is happy, the employer is happy, the tax collector is happy.
