Bank Fraud And The Rule Of Law
John Titus appeared recently on the Survival Podcast and discussed bank fraud, the rule of law and why he made Bailout.
Fast forward to 7:12, where the interview begins. Mortgage backed securities that are not mortgage-backed begins at 9:15.

Titus talks about Bailout

John joins us today to discuss what actually caused the financial crisis because it isn’t what the TV told you. Why he went to the expense and trouble of making a film. What distinguishes Bailout from other financial crisis films and the direct cause and effect relationship between Wall Street elites and the crisis.
I think you will be intrigued when I ask him how many bankers should be in jail as you hear the math behind his response. We also discuss how this crisis will end.
Before becoming a lawyer, John worked as a circuit designer for motors used on the Space Shuttle and space station. He was a free market Republican until the party betrayed itself as a total sham in 2008 by voting for TARP passage.

The fact that you see a popular survivalist podcast delving into these issues speaks to the growing number of people who understand that MSM is nothing but propaganda. (Imo, the lies are even worse when it comes to econ and finance because the jargon-heavy language is designed to hide reality.)
The message is getting out, though. The other day I came across a bit that said presenting people with the truth is like a PTSD sufferer recounting the original trauma; the brain physically partitions off the brain cells that hold the memory. That kind of clicked for me. Five years after TARP, I don't think most people are truly ignorant any more. If they don't see what's happening, it's because they're in denial. It's just too painful for them to cope with the truth, so they wall it off with anger or apologies.
But the more people who wake up and cope with the truth and get angry about it, the easier it is for others to do the same. It just takes time. And there's huge number of people who get it now. The government wouldn't dare try a bailout at this point even though the banks are still broke and getting worse. I shudder to think how they'll try masking it... Iranian hackers? A fake war? I don't put anything past these psychopaths...

[snip]
‘Banks used small-business funds to pay off bailout’ read CNNMoney’s story. The headline, while accurate, is misleading. The story is not a simple one of banks pulling wool over regulators’ eyes.
In fact, banks that received funds from the Small Business Lending Fund, or SBLF, were “required” to use those funds to pay off their bailouts...
Note: I agree with Sage, Cheyenne and DB have really helped me understand this rather complex mess. Great job!

Jesse is highly underrated as a writer. Like Bukowski, he gets his point across with succinct and clear statements (which is a lot harder than it looks, particularly when explaining anything financial). Unlike Bukowski, Jesse is most temperate. It's one of the things that gives him such credibility, I think. His descriptions of government's takeover by criminals is very matter of fact. I always wondered what he thinks about some of the more, um, unrestrained articles that appear on blogs.
He provides a clue in today's post, wherein he takes exception to some recent utterances from Karl Denninger and Josh Brown.
But the post isn't simply about 2 star pupils getting sent to the principal's office. It also points to deeper problems underneath:
"I think there is a lot of fear and uncertainty out there. And it is going to get worse."
Sobering stuff from someone who's averse to predictions.
