If the people can get a referendum to repeal the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 .why can,t this act be overturn by populist vote by the people .or is it a fact that the people of this country have no say in this issue .does anyone know the exact procedure to get this done .does anyone out there know how this can come about .i thought that in our constitution we have the right to remove something that is harmful to the people as a whole .am i wrong .anyone really know ..

THe Federal Reserve act contains I believe a buyout clause which everyone is afraid to exercise. It can be bought out for 480 million as I understand it.

I believe the buy-out clause is the key. We can use a more efficient method than Israel to get them to sign. The little suckers should be jailed or worse.

Actually I believe the back out clause was 1 billion dollars, cheap compared to the bailouts and still owing a fiat debt while propping up the corporate welfare state.

Dar, sorry to hear about the Lymes.... Hope you have been getting or have recieved the medical attention you need. It can be be a very debilitating disease especially when diagnosed at the later stage. My sisters mother-in-law got a form of Ehrlichosis last year from a tick bite and nearly died.... I know 2 others who got it one faired quite well and the other required multiple hospitalizations. I tend to check myself for ticks when I venture off into the woods or walk through tall grass. I like use bug spray (BENS) as it is most effective and never wear shorts or t-shirts on my adventures.

I certainly wish you well and glad to see you here :)... If you don't mind me asking, were you diagnosed at the late stage?

I did till the money from my Tour Bus was gone... It took me down in 1992. I dident find out what had got me till 1996....

If you don't mind me asking, were you diagnosed at the late stage? ... Yea, and then in 1996 I dident have it checked for 4 mo. after the Big Wood Tick, got me. in the northern states, "Sconsin"...they tell you its spread by the Deer Tick. "NOT TRUE". All ticks can cary up to 23 differant things.

Not all ticks carry it thoe. So you just dont know. Thats why most Dr. now give you 8-12 weeks of Doxycyclene to be sure. So its to late to fix me. I do eat 1-2 rew garlic a day, and that has done the best out of everything we've tryed.

Google "Dars Toy Story"...Its been read over 8 million times round the world. Still get e-mails from people. And to think, it was planted by our own goverment to make people sick and spend money Trying to Get Better..

Google Plum Island, or Lab-227, and do some reading. Our goverment and Big Pharma, want us to sick to fight back. They did a good job on me. The sad'est part is that I lost my dreams and had to shut down my Country Music Show, and lay off 10 people.....!

These are fundamental Constitutional issues and I expect the judicial branch to treat our challenge with the same level of gravity as we do in the legislative branch.
