Arianna Huffington On The Colbert Report: Pigs At The Trough, How Corporate Greed And Political Corruption Are Undermining America

Interesting discussion.  Huffington is honest and straightforward.  She puts herself squarely in the 'yellow weeds' camp and sees no green shoots.

On the economy's turnaround, Huffington says:

• "Stephen, you are suffering from a case of premature exaltation.  A declaration of a recovery before it is occurring.  Cassandra was right, and the cheerleading Trojans were dead wrong."

Colbert responds:

• "Sometimes, the tail wags the dead dog.  If you just wag it along enough, someone will come along and start petting it."
• "Are The Huffington Post offices actually located within a bleeding heart?"
