This is merely finesse. An attempt to dismiss the story.
O is obviously winking and gaming. It is utter BS to say you are responsible but you didn't cause the problem. Then to immediately point to an entire industry and our economic structure as the cause of the disaster.
O indicates he is just the mechanic needed to fix all. Yes. If he is that essential give him a retention bonus.
Command responsibility can mean something if you were in command. But O was not.
However he is no more evasive or disingenuous than most of our politicians. He is much more skilled.
We are ruled by Weasels. Worse yet, they are Weasels with the power to take anything you have including your freedom.
Pondering our existence, freedom, or free will IMO means there is no purpose to blogs.
But I am rather sure that whatever many hope to impose upon us will not be mistaken for freedom.
OT. One fad in the Realm Of Ponderation (yep - I just made that up) is to regard our universe as a simulation; a computer game being played by those we cannot imagine. For the sake of language I will call them the Gods and imagine them similar to the Olympians.
