Vice published an interview with him today where he again made that claim though he had trouble when the Vice interviewer began to ask him questions in Romanian. Also complicating the issue of identifying the hacker(s) is the startling admission in the article below that Clinton and the Democratic Party are actively trying to pin the blame on Russia in order to minimize voter outrage against Democrats.
