Video: Tennessee Cops Fight Each Other To Steal Your Money, No Charges Required

Watch this one all the way through.  This is uniquely and seriously deranged, not to mention unconstitutional.  Cops are fighting turf battles to steal your money, with no need for criminal charges.  Don't skip the last 3 minutes, including the f-bomb, threat-laden, cop vs. cop macho challenge.

The real fun begins at 4:30.

Guess it go,s to show you that the system needs an overhaul , maybe even start firing people who know of this crap and start holding people accountable. no matter how small there involvement is.or maybe just start over .the police really need to be educated .that there not above the law .start with the oath they swear to and i think its called the constitution of the United States of America ..problem is this will be swept under the carpet, and the crooks will go to some summer camp to serve there time in jail. Can,t put them in with the people the,ve been arresting for the same crimes , now can they .then the,ll get out in six months and write a book and make millions . Heres a title to ponder over " How to F%%% the people and get away with it and make money too "its Sad when you can,t trust the people who have the responsibility to Protect and serve . its more like Do what i say not what i do .time to investigate every law enforcement agency in the country lets see what crawls out from under the rocks .i for one wouldn't be surprised at all ..

there are a couple issues at play here i think...1...they are targeting mexicans who are less likely to sue and demand they return their cash...2...why hasn't anyone (aclu) filed a suit to test the constitutionality of this action...3...they have no interest in stopping the drugs...

#1, the ACLU is a joke and blows.
#2, the police in any state are the biggest crooks, killers, whore mongers, boozers, liers, molesters, raceists, homo's, drug dealers, what did I leave out? Pick pockets, farmers of pot, your turn.

Sadly, Americans won't do a damn thing, Tennessee is getting exactly what it deserves, and a too scared and lazy to do anything about it. You will just vote the same thugs back into power, and get more of the same.

We teach these people how to treat us...active or passive. I won't drive through TN or spend any money there. We will see how that affects the line item in their budget Another police state. Ruins the reputation of the honest folks in law enforcement.

Which are the criminals? The ones with the uniforms or the stopped motorist and truck drivers? Apparently there is no way to tell. The ones with the uniforms aren't telling. I will avoid Tennessee.

Why on Earth do we not put out TV, billboard, & other advertising to tell people WHY this crap is illegal. Trust me, people, there are good medical & mental health reasons.

Marijuanna - regular use destroys two glands in anyone, and a woman's reproductive system.
Even if you take heroine or cocaine regularly and like it 30 times, the 31st can stop your heart on the spot. It, too, wrecks your guts inside, and, both biologically & psychologically, you continue to need more. (If you artifically feel good, after a while your body more & more stops producing the natural 'feel good' chemistry. Also, you continually negate real problems in your life).

Finally, incredibly real hallucinations drive you through hell. When you're in those hallucinations, that's a reality, to you, and may be so frightening, you'll kill yourself (& others in the process) to 'get away.'

C. Coleman, Fmr. Drug & Alcohol Crisis Counsellor.

P. S. Most cops barely know why it's REALLY illegal. More information? Contact Delaware State Police. They've done excellent (& graphic) public education work.

Yes, Marc, the worst criminals are criminal cops. (Secondly, political judges). See an officer you like? Make it know, to the officer, & those above them. Go out of your (our) way to do this. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT IN THE U.S. TODAY, as I'm sure you know. Go after the bad ones, WITH CAUTION. DO acknowledge the good ones, any way you feel right. It's a tough, thankless job!

Why do they always seem to catch the money and not the drugs? The officer said that "it looks that way, doesn't it", but he would not actually say what is going on. Do you wonder why? How does different agencies know to stop the same truck for a traffic violation and race to be the first to catch them? The secret is.........the LAW already knows the money is there. The drugs can't be traced because they don't put the little metal strips in it like there is in the money. I have told people for years, if you carry large amounts of money, wrap it in aluminum foil. Notice that all the money they confiscated was wrapped in paper or plastic, but you didn't see them taking any out of aluminum foil. The person that had theirs wrapped in foil just drove on by cops without any problem. This is the same principle and busting in my house and taking my guns because I may have shot somebody. If someone has money, so what, if there are not any drugs and no evidence, it does not matter that anyone has money in this country.
I remember a state trooper stopping a van on the interstate, they were not speeding, all stuff was good, but they did have sixty thousand cash on them. Which, is not much for a group of Mexicans that work seven twelve hour days for months on end at 25.00 an hour. So how can you say it is drug money? I know some state troopers well, and was told about the metal strips in the money.....which is wrong in my opinion to even have this capability. It first came out in the money, now the same principle is in Wal Mart, and most other stores, metal strips just like in the money. The stores use the reverse of this principle. Metal strips are in the new tires you buy, the tires each have a serial number, and the paper you fill out is not actually for a the "so called" warranty. I buy mine with cash and decline the warranty. You can run a strong magnet over the entire tire and disable it, but you don't want to disable your money. When the metal is in motion, it can be detected, not when sitting still. If it could be detected when still, it would put out too much signal and everybody's would be picked up. So when the money is in movement, such as in a vehicle, it can be picked up. That is why twenty five cops were showing up on the same truck, they all knew it was there. Here they keep the drugs and the money. The cops don't really chase the drugs because you can do a whole lot more with the money, it is easier to disappear.
Also, all these people with money need to realize that they are being watched by Ho/me/land Se/c/urity B/li/m/ps. They are seventeen times larger than the good year blimp and have cameras on them that cover six hundred miles. There are eleven of them hovering over the US at about twelve thousand feet.......We gave up a lot of liberty for security. Look it up for yourself before you call me a lying bufoon. Why do you think the government was wanting everyone to go to satellite TV? The old television airspace was given to law enforcement. Do you think they are watching re runs of SpongeBob Squarepants? They are watching broadcasts from the blimps. And they can zoom in on any suspicious activity, so don't be fooling around with your lover in the back yard.......A friend has a cousin in the F Bee Eye and they can look at your mail as you take it out of the mailbox and call you and tell you who you got a letter from. The cameras are multi positioned so one can directly look into the window of your house from any angle. They can look straight in your front door when you open it. Remember that years ago they had satellite cameras that could view a cigarette butt on the ground and read the brand? Well, imagine how much cameras have improved, and these are only at twelve thousand feet !!
The top of these blimps are flattened off and are a large solar panel. They have directional propellers that keep them in position. I believe that the making of these blimps and the movement to their positions when they were first made was the basis for the UFO shows where the people were describing a large object overhead, almost a mile long......OUR GOVERNMENT HAS OVERSTEPPED ITS BOUNDS. With the us government as it is now, I feel like I am living at the home of a controlling parent. But, I am a grown, free man.

Police Forfeiture Squads Out of Control

Like a spreading plague, media reports of Police using Civil Asset Forfeiture to seize property from innocent owners is frightening off buyers of motels, bars, restaurants; residential rental property. Investors and property owners increasingly believe they are sitting ducks for police to confiscate their property. Many investors note the recent publicized civil forfeiture of Motel Caswell by Federal & Local Law Enforcement Agencies from the Caswell family that owned and operated the motel for two generations. The Caswells cooperated with police to abate infrequent drug problems at their motel caused by guests. The family Motel was free and clear and perhaps provided a target for police forfeiture. See: “United States v. 434 Main Street, Tewksbury, Mass.”

Bars, restaurant and rental property owners Increasingly fear police; strongly believe police can make it a point—to shut down or seize any bar, restaurant, motel or residential rental by arresting a customer or tenant unbeknownst to the owner—possessing or distributing drugs; or believe undercover police / informants can steer drug sales or buys onto their property or business to forfeit it. Some owners of bars, restaurants and rental property become police informants, report on their customers—in the erroneous belief police won’t target their business or property. There are more than 350 laws and violations that can subject property to government asset forfeiture. Government civil asset forfeiture requires only a civil preponderance of evidence for police to forfeit property, little more than hearsay. No one need be charged with a crime. Corrupt Police can even create the hearsay. If police civil forfeiture abuse is not brought under control it is foreseeable many Americans will be afraid to own real and personal property that comes in contact with the public.

It is understandable more business and rental property owners fear police. Almost every week there are news reports of police, including high-ranking police and sheriffs being arrested for selling drugs, robbing, extorting or protecting drug dealers, planting evidence; filing false reports to send innocent persons to prison.

Police are salivating at the prospect of having drones to spy on lawful citizens. Congress approved 30,000 drones in U.S. Skies. That amounts to 600 drones for every state.

Despite local police surveillance drones being recently banned or restricted by some cities and counties, local police may be able to call in Federal Drones to spy on lawful citizens. Local police have a strong financial incentive to work with the Feds (asset forfeiture sharing) that can result from drone surveillance). Alert: Should (warrant-less drone surveillance evidence be allowed introduced in courts, for example recorded conversations inside private home and businesses, expect federal and local police civil asset forfeitures to greatly escalate because civil asset forfeiture requires only a preponderance of civil evidence to forfeit property, little more than hearsay: any private conversation a drone picks up in a business, on a private property may be taken out of context to institute civil asset forfeiture to confiscate a home, business property or other assets. Local police now circumvent state laws that require a person be convicted before police can civilly forfeit their property—by flipping their investigation to the feds (Adoption); and by working with Federal Agencies, the Feds can rebate to the referring local police department 80% of federally forfeited assets.

CISPA was passed by the House: if passed by the U.S. Senate CISPA will provide Government asset forfeiture contractors and paid informants without warrants the financial incentive (to take out of context) any innocent—hastily written email, fax or Internet activity to allege a crime or violation was committed to cause a person’s arrest, assess fines and or civilly forfeit a business or property.

Federal Government can use CISPA to (certify any employee) even employees that work for a Government certified cyber self-protected entity—opening the door for certified employees to covertly spy for the government on their employer and clients with full immunity from lawsuits if done in good faith; and illegally share or sell private and proprietary information to others.

Under CISPA U.S. Government is not prohibited from paying any person; or a Government Certified self protected cyber entity or Certified Employee part of government forfeited assets or other compensation that result from their providing U.S. Government a corporation’s confidential information or client information—that otherwise would require a warrant. U.S. Government currently contracts on a fee / commission basis with (self protected cyber entities) that can be anyone who uses the Internet e.g. private government contractors and (Elements) that have government security clearances to facilitate arrests and Government asset forfeitures. Federal Government can’t use evidence it directly obtains through no warrant illegal searches of e.g. emails, however that will change if CISPA is passed by Congress. Government should be prohibited from using independent contractors to circumvent the Fourth Amendment. Some of the same private security contractors involved in government asset forfeitures appear to support Congress passing CISPA.

CISPA Weak Internal Security: A corrupt U.S. Government Agency, police and Quasi-Government Contractors may too easily use private Internet transmissions, e.g. emails and transmitted files it collects without a warrant to extort corporations, politicians and Citizens; or sell confidential information gleaned from warrant-less Internet Surveillance. Confidential Information in corrupt hands can be worth more than illegal drugs.
