"There's so much talk of green shoots on CNBC, I feel like I'm watching the gardening channel."

"Our economy suffered because we borrowed and spent too much money.  And now we're trying to fix it by borrowing and spending a bunch more money."

This clip is on the longer side (11:28) and the discussion centers around whether the recession is over as Kneale has declared.  Former Fed Governor Robert McTeer is a solo guest starting at the 3-minute mark.  Peter Schiff comments begin at the 7:45 mark.  It's worth watching, especially Shiff, and the beginning where Kneale lays out his extremely weak bullish case.

Kneale has become the purest example of blatant market cheerleading I have ever seen on CNBC.
