"Obama Man Can" By Greg Morton (Very Funny Song & Video From Bob & Tom TV)
I grew up on Bob and Tom radio. Before becoming syndicated radio stars and TV moguls in the making, they were simply 2 morning DJs from Indianapolis and Q95 (WFBQ) radio. I and everybody else in Central Indiana listened every morning as they destroyed the local competition.
Then one day, years later, while working out West and stuck in LA traffic, I heard Bob's familiar throaty laugh. Their syndication had obviously succeeded. Not bad for a couple of small-market comedians. I would be remiss not to mention that Chick McGee and Kristi Lee have been a huge part of the show's success.
Now, ten years later, they have recently launched a nightly syndicated TV program (still broadcast from Indy's Q95) that is generally pretty entertaining. The clip is from one of their recent shows.
Editor's note: when I first launched The Daily Bail, I sent Tom an email every weekend politely begging him to have me on their show to discuss the bailouts (no sense writing to Bob as he would likely be at some random nudist event all weekend). Tom never responded and I gave up after a month. But the video inspired me, and this post is the resulting, shameless attempt at ass-kissing. Now that we have 30,000 daily readers, who knows, maybe they'll give me a shot.
