Seven year-old cancer patient Jack Hoffman runs for a 69-yard touchdown in Nebraska's spring game yesterday in Lincoln. The Nebraska football program just went up several notches in my book. Hard not to get goosebumps watching this story.

Jack was diagnosed with cancer in April 2011 and has had two surgeries. Andy said Jack is "doing great" and that an MRI at Children's Hospital in Boston showed that the tumor has shrunk substantially in the past year. "We're very optimistic for Jack."
