Here is the leaked internal memo from the DA's office. Legally, the key to this decision is the prosecutor gave standing to Lewandowski on par with law enforcement. Not mentioned is that Corey is a former New Hampshire State Trooper.
Aronberg revealed that a letter he received from the FBI explained that "inner-circle staff members" of a presidential candidate's campaign often assist Secret Service agents in protecting the candidate. At the time of the incident, Secret Service agents were clearing a path for Trump when Fields approached and touched Trump's arm, Aronberg said. He flinched, and Lewandowski then grabbed Fields' arm, according to the prosecutor.
UPDATE: BRAND NEW VIDEO REVEALED
TMZ SMOKING GUN VIDEO
TMZ has obtained the video that became a get out of jail free card for Donald Trump's campaign manager. The surveillance video shows what happened before Corey Lewandowski grabbed reporter Michelle Fields. You see a secret service agent telling her to move away from a secured area and go back to the media area.
Fields walks away, stands to the side for about 1 minute and 40 seconds, and then makes her move. It's at about 2:30 in the video ... Fields walks away as if she's leaving the room, and then comes back -- when the agent turns his head -- and beelines it back to the secured area.
