JIMMY AND DUBYA ON THE NUCLEAR QUESTION
After the last story on 1970s tech running the Pentagon's nuclear missile program, I headed to Youtube for a clip of George Bush butchering 'nuclear' and to my surprise discovered that Jimmy Carter's feeble Georgian attempts at pronouncing the 'n' word are just as bad.
