I have no idea where this footage came from originally. But I do know that I had never heard of it before yesterday. You can very clearly see Senator Ted Cruz sneak a folded bill of uncertain denomination into the outstretched hand of someone at the rope line. It appears intentional and the man seems to be expecting the cash. It looks like a $100 handshake, and 'thank you for your vote.'
The clip was just uploaded to Youtube yesterday, so the footage is new. It looks to be cellphone video. We are still investigating the validity of the claim made in the video.
