Honestly, I am surprised that SCOTUS responded this quickly. Sibley just filed on Monday, and it was added to the docket Friday. It doesn't automatically mean they will take up the case, but it does mean Justice Roberts is taking it seriously, as he should. And the other 3 courts who have been ignoring Sibley for months should be ridiculed and ashamed.
Blair Sibley, with his Texas-size cojones in full view, told MSNBC today he will release the list of names if the Supreme Court denies him. So this shit is absolutely, positively going to be released. Either legally or illegally.
I would certainly hope there are no SCOTUS names or numbers on the DC Madam list...
