Great idea and a clever design, but hardly anything new. Many people live on boats, in RV's, camper trailers or buses, and have for years. Neither of these alternatives may be as energy efficient as Jay's tiny house, but they are just as viable.

Gun racks would be a must, being on a trailer is great to follow the few remaining jobs in Amerika. In a few years though, it will need pontoons to get to the jobs our politicians have sold to our "foreign benefactors".

Anybody ever see how elaborate ice fishing houses can get?
