(Reuters) - Former Cuban leader Fidel Castro, who has lived in seclusion since falling ill four years ago, will appear on Cuban television and radio on Monday evening to discuss his theory that the world is on the verge of nuclear war, the Communist Party newspaper Granma said in its Monday online edition.

But it isn't unusual. It's typical of men of action to project personal, psychological problems onto other people and groups, instead of trying to improve their own behavior.
But even so, it doesn't mean that Castro's fears are not based on facts.
The Israeli's are about as realistic as you can get because they are surrounded by Islamic fundamentalists who would like to see them annihilated as quickly and efficiently as possible.
