Key members of the North Korean Workers Party meet in September for the first time in 44 years, the North's official Korean Central News Agency said Saturday. The meeting was called by the Politburo and has raised expectations that leader Kim Jong-il's son Jong-un will be officially named as his father's successor.

i really enjoy the website and have passed it on to all my friends.everyone (nearly) is distressed financially and mentally---they think after the fall elections things might get a little better-of course the government employed aren't so upset but they all see the government waste and fraud at their workplace and seem to be able to put it aside-pretty much the usual apathy

@Daily Bail. I've talked through Paltalk many times. It's better than Yahoo IM groups because no spam bots can infiltrate the Paltalk network.

There are a few free video chat through the browser services, but usually, there's a limit to the number of chatters.

Paltalk works asynchronously, where each person sits and takes turns by raising their hand to speak.

As to forum hosts, well, the software seems better suited than a blog as you can break out topic threads into their own topic headings and the like.

I'm not looking to add work for you. I thought that if we're going to gather for chat, we might do so in a more conducive manner.
